Cancellation policy

How the subscription works
When you join the Breakup Snail Mail Club, you're enrolled in an ongoing monthly subscription. Every member starts at Month 1, regardless of when they sign up, and receives each month's package in sequence.

Billing
Your payment method will be automatically charged shortly before each month's package ships. This continues each month unless you cancel.

Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time, with no minimum commitment. If you cancel, you'll still receive any month you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again going forward.

How to cancel
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your customer account portal, or by emailing us at breakupsnailmailclub@gmail.com.

Automatic completion
Your subscription will automatically end once you've received the full journey. No further charges will occur after that point.
