Returns & Refunds

Because each month's package includes original poetry, art, and handmade items created specifically for your subscription journey, we're not able to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on shipped items.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, you'll still receive any month you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again going forward. Cancelling a subscription does not entitle you to a refund for the current paid month.

Something arrived damaged or incorrect?

We want every package to arrive feeling like a gift, not a disappointment. If your mail arrives damaged, incomplete, or isn't what you expected, please reach out to us at breakupsnailmailclub@gmail.com with a photo if possible, and we'll take a look and do our best to make it right.
