When do I start?
Everyone starts at Month 1, no matter when you sign up. It's a full journey from beginning to end, not a random monthly surprise.

When does my box ship?
Boxes ship between the 10th-12th of each month.

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel whenever you'd like. You'll still receive any month you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again after that.

Will my mail be discreet?
Yes, your package won't have anything on the outside that reveals what's inside, so you can feel comfortable receiving it anywhere.

Can I gift this to someone?
Yes! If you know someone going through a breakup, you can gift them a subscription.

What if I move during my subscription?
You can update your shipping address anytime through your account. Just be sure to update it before your next ship date so your box goes to the right place.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship within the United States.
